Trouble shooted our issue over the phone. Then made emergency visit after normal business hours. Stayed with us until we were able to local and stablize the issue. Eric was very knowledgeable and skilled in finding a solution to our issue. MC6 was the only electric company that was willing to help after hours. We really, truly appreciate their hard work.

Eric came out 2 days earlier than what I had scheduled my appointment for due to my work schedule. Working me in on a busy day was the first plus. Second plus: He was courtesy and explained the problem to me so that I would know what to look for in the future. Third Plus: He was extremely fair with his pricing. And the biggest plus of them all is that my daughter has a working ceiling fan and light in her room!! Kudos to Eric for a job well done.
